Returns
You have 7 days from the date of invoice to request a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at email address or phone number. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, which you'll need to include with your return shipment. Please note that certain items, such as hazardous materials or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 Business days.
Exchanges
For the integrity of our services and the satisfaction of our customers, we do not offer product exchanges at this time.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
